Our Founder’s Background:

Chase began his journey in construction over 6 years ago. After completing three years at a prestigious carpentry union school, he decided to follow a more entrepreneurial path, bringing those invaluable skills and insights into building and renovating homes. This decision marked the beginning of Douglas County Builders—a business built on the idea that personalized service, attention to detail, and expert craftsmanship make all the difference.

Before launching Douglas County Builders, Chase spent several years working in different areas of the construction world:

• Cabinetry Shop Experience: Chase worked for 2 years at a cabinetry shop, honing skills in fine woodworking and custom cabinetry that elevate every project.

• Residential Construction: With hands-on experience in framing, drywall installation, roofing, siding, window installation, and more, Chase has spent several years with a leading residential construction company, gaining knowledge and versatility across multiple trades.

• Carpenters Union: Chase was also part of the Carpenters Union, where he earned hundreds of hours of field experience. This experience gave him expertise in large-scale projects and the technical aspects of carpentry, including structural framing, custom woodwork, and finish carpentry.

Though Chase left union school early to pursue a personal venture, the years spent in training and the hours spent working in the field have provided an unmatched depth of experience. From framing and roofing to drywall, siding, and window installations, he has a well-rounded skill set that makes Douglas County Builders your go-to choice for any home renovation or repair project.
